Tampa, FL – (December 20, 2019) – Amscot Financial has returned as a sponsor of the “12 Cars of Christmas” program run by Wheels of Success, an organization which supplies refurbished vehicles to working families who need reliable transportation but can’t otherwise afford it.
This year, Amscot Financial donated $3,000, helping a single mother of two take the wheel of a 2010 Dodge Caravan. Newly refurbished and ready for use, the vehicle will help her travel to and from her job as a full-time customer service rep. This recipient, who shall remain anonymous here for safety reasons, is the survivor of domestic violence, and currently resides at a shelter while she works to secure a better future for her and her children.
