Amscot Financial is a proud supporter of the Consortium of Florida Educations Foundations. Created in 1987, CFEF is the professional association for local county education foundations that serve 2.6 million public school students and 295,000 educators throughout Florida's 67 counties.
For six consecutive years, Amscot has partnered with CFEF on the annual "Just a Dollar" campaign. Each August, Amscot associates ask customers if they would like to contribute a dollar to their local education foundations in the counties where they live. Amscot tracks each contribution and ensures that the money goes directly to the local education foundation in the county where the dollars were raised.
Combined with matching dollars from Amscot, this highly successful, customer-led campaign has raised more than $547,000 in six years.
