- Dibia Dream, Miami. Their community outreach initiative harnesses the preexisting motivational foundation in youth by bridging their desire for excellence, leadership and sports to educate youth on other essential core value systems. The ACT Reading Prep Program is designed to support students who are at risk of not graduating high school due to low performance in the reading section of the required Florida standardized test.
